Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linkflow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We will identify the effective date of revised Terms and provide notice of material changes where required by law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Linkflow may request reasonable proof of age and restrict accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to promptly notify Linkflow of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or preserve the security and integrity of the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant Linkflow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to make your content available according to the audience and settings you select.

This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, except to the limited extent copies remain in backups, security records, legal records, or content already shared with others. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person's rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law.

5. Public Profiles & Work Achievements

Public profiles and Work Achievements are professional records intended to be viewed by others. When you publish a Work Achievement, its title, organization and role information, description, measurable outcome, status, verification label, planned, revised, and actual dates, named milestones, completion dates, and visible modification indicators may be accessible to other users and visitors.

• Work Achievements are self-reported unless a separate verification label states otherwise.
• Changing a tracked date or milestone may add a visible modified indicator. Deleting an achievement removes that public record; a replacement is treated as a new record.
• Each achievement must contain between two and five named milestones.
• You may provide up to two evidence files per achievement. Evidence must be a supported photo or PDF, must not exceed 10 MB per file or 20 MB in total, and must comply with Section 11.
• Evidence files are not public. They may be accessed by you, authorized Linkflow personnel, and approved Recruiter Pro users whose professional HR status has been verified. Evidence previews and downloads may be logged.

A verification label or a recruiter's review of evidence is not a guarantee, employment reference, endorsement, or warranty that an achievement is accurate. Recruiters and other viewers remain responsible for their own hiring and due-diligence decisions.

6. Recruiting, Applications & Candidate Check

Recruiters must provide truthful job and organization information and use applicant data only for legitimate professional recruiting. Approval of the recruiter's professional HR status is required before a new Recruiter Pro subscription can be purchased. Once approved, an active eligible subscription is required to use Recruiter Pro features. We may request a work email or supporting document, conduct a manual review, and restrict or revoke recruiter access if eligibility cannot be confirmed or these Terms are violated.

When a candidate applies or completes a Candidate Check, the application, answers, results, attachments, and related status history are shared with the recruiter responsible for that opportunity and with authorized Linkflow personnel as needed to operate and secure the workflow. Candidates must submit their own work. Recruiters must not sell, publicly disclose, or use applicant information for an unrelated purpose.

Linkflow is not the employer, recruitment agency, or decision-maker for third-party opportunities. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, assessment results, recruiter decisions, interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Recruiters are solely responsible for lawful, fair, and non-discriminatory hiring decisions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service without prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable burden on the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting features, or suspending or terminating accounts.

8. Zero-Tolerance Safety Policy

Linkflow maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes, without limitation, harassment, bullying, hate speech, violent threats, sexual exploitation, graphic abuse, impersonation intended to harm, and repeated spam or scams.

Users can report content or block abusive accounts directly within the app. Blocking immediately hides the blocked account and its content and prevents follows and direct messages in either direction. Reports are sent to Linkflow for review.

We review actionable abuse reports promptly and aim to remove offending content and take appropriate account action within 24 hours where reasonably practicable.

9. Subscriptions & App Store Billing

Certain features require a Premium or Recruiter Pro subscription. The price, billing period, included features, and any eligibility requirements are shown before purchase. Features may vary by plan, platform, region, and verified account status.

Premium and Recruiter Pro are separate subscriptions. Recruiter Pro does not include Premium identity and skill verification. If your account has independently active subscriptions to both plans, it receives each plan's eligible benefits for its own paid period.

• iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel an iOS subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting your Linkflow account does not automatically cancel billing through Apple.
• After cancellation, access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple's billing rules and any refund or revocation.
• Apple determines eligibility for App Store refunds. You may request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
• Professional HR approval is required before a new Recruiter Pro purchase. After approval, an active subscription unlocks the included recruiter tools. Existing subscribers can still restore, manage, or cancel their Apple subscription.

10. Historical Website Payments

The public website is informational and does not offer new subscription checkout. Historical website transactions may have been processed through Stripe or Stripe Connect. For help managing or cancelling a historical website subscription, contact mindslinks@gmail.com; Apple's subscription controls do not manage Stripe billing. Historical transaction records may remain available where needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Linkflow is not a party to a service arrangement between users.

11. File Submission Guidelines

File uploads are limited to supported workflows such as Work Achievement evidence, recruiter verification, Candidate Check, applications, and messages. Linkflow may reject, remove, or restrict files that violate these guidelines.

Permitted Files:

• PDF or image evidence that you own or are authorized to share
• Documents requested for an application, Candidate Check, or recruiter verification
• Supported message attachments exchanged for a legitimate professional purpose

Strictly Prohibited Content:

• Pirated, cracked, or unauthorized copyrighted material (including software key generators, leaked content, or unauthorized reproductions)
• Malware, hacking tools, exploits, or any software designed to cause harm
• Gambling, betting, or lottery-related content
• Alcohol, drug, or substance-related promotional material
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
• Content that insults, demeans, or incites hatred against any religion, race, ethnicity, or protected group
• Content threatening national security, public order, or promoting violence or terrorism
• Counterfeit or fraudulent documents (fake IDs, diplomas, certificates, government documents, or currency)
• Child exploitation material of any kind
• Personal data of others without consent (doxxing databases, leaked credentials, or private information)
• Pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing (MLM), or fraudulent "get-rich-quick" materials
• Deceptive products misrepresenting their content, origin, or functionality
• Weapons blueprints, including 3D-printed firearms or explosive device instructions
• Any content that violates the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law, Anti-Cyber Crime Law, applicable Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) requirements, or other applicable law

Uploader Responsibilities:

• You must own, control, or have permission to share every file you submit
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and legality of submitted files
• You must comply with all applicable intellectual property, consumer protection, and data privacy laws
• You must not upload confidential employer or client material without authorization
• Repeated violations may result in upload restrictions or account termination

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, design, trademarks, logos, and associated intellectual property rights, remains the property of Linkflow and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease protected parts of the Service except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

13. Content Moderation & Removal

Linkflow may review, restrict, or remove User Content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, protect users, preserve security, or comply with law. Repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions or termination. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

14. Service Availability & Modifications

Linkflow provides the Service on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably practicable for material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or network conditions may result in temporary unavailability.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. LINKFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LINKFLOW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF LINKFLOW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY CASE, LINKFLOW'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO LINKFLOW IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkflow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

18. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at mindslinks@gmail.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Any mandatory dispute-resolution or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

19. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account through the available account controls. Linkflow may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, non-payment, or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.

20. Force Majeure

Linkflow shall not be liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, public-health emergencies, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or provider outages.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Linkflow operator, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in your place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes that are not resolved informally.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Linkflow regarding the Service and supersede prior representations about the same subject matter.

24. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our operations. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the affected Service.
